Annual Program Fee $120/Family
Members of Christ Church or CC Accokeek,
Email for adjusted membership fee.
All families participating in the Accokeek Christian Cooperative are required to pay an annual membership fee. Members are welcome to join the program for Lunch and Fieldtrips without participating in classes. The ACC Program Fee includes the facility fee for maintenance, administrative fees, and insurance. We strive to limit the fees to what is most necessary. Our administrative team is entirely volunteer and look forward to serving you and the community.
The Hall is open for Lunch from 12:00 pm-12:50 pm for lunch. There is access to a microwave on campus. We are a nut free zone, so please be mindful of what you pack. Families are welcome to pack a picnic and eat on the grounds under the pavilion or on the grass. We ask that you be responsible for your trash and keep Christ Church Clean.
ACC Homeschool is Not a Drop Off program. Parents or guardians must remain onsite with students or assign a responsible adult to their child while they attend classes. Parents are not required to wait in the classrooms unless otherwise specified by the teacher.
Unlike other cooperatives, we do not require parents to teach or act as classroom aides. Each teacher is an independent contractor and provides the structure for their class. They may request help from parents or older students, but it is not a requirement to join the program.
We require two hours of volunteer work for the year per family in the form of cleaning , organizing, or other. Our facility coordinator will provide a sign up sheet of activities that will accommodate families particpating in the program.
